When will I receive my tickets?

E-tickets are NOT dispatched to you. You will receive your barcoded ticket via email approximately 2 days before the event. Please ensure you bring your barcoded eticket with you and valid photographic ID.

What does my barcode look like?

Your barcode will be a square 2D pixelated image that will arrive via email.

How can I find out my seat numbers?

Seating is un-reserved

What are the door opening times?

The doors will open at 6pm and the concert will finish at 10.30pm.

Is there disabled access?

The Union Chapel has disabled access and disabled toilet facilities. All disabled access, booking and queries are handled by Mencap. For disabled-access bookings please call 020 7696 5541 or email [email protected]

Are there any age restrictions?

You must be 16 or over to attend these concerts. Valid photographic ID will be required to purchase alcohol.

Why can I only buy four tickets?

A maximum of four tickets per event has been set to allow more people the opportunity to buy tickets. There will be no exceptions.

Can I apply for tickets if I'm not a UK resident?

No. Unfortunately, these tickets are only available to UK residents.

How do I find out about the venue?

Is this site secure?

Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us.

What name will appear on my credit card or bank statement?

All payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company: QED Commerce Ltd. QED Commerce will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the management’s discretion. To request a refund, please write to:
